I’m Dovid Hoffman, a Generative Leadership consultant. I am an observant Jew – that explains the beard and funny cap.  I have worked in the business, government, and nonprofit sectors since 1997.  My work is transformational. Unlike exercise or diet which for most of us require real effort to keep in place long term, the changes we implement become the fundamental state of the enterprise.  Organizations do not “regress”.  Teams are formed with a lasting commitment to producing results and these teams will develop as needed to meet the challenges of a dynamic environment.  Together we set up a new pattern of organizational operation and thereby, performance.

We work with individuals and teams that must enhance their effectiveness or achieve outcomes that have been elusive.  Some clients seek to overcome feeling overwhelmed, struggling with difficult team dynamics, or feeling stuck in their careers.   Through our work together they become more effective, influential, and resilient leaders and often, enhance their well-being.
